What Is in Trimoryn? The Full Ingredients List, Line by Line

The Trimoryn label artwork: suggested use and caution on the left, the Supplement Facts panel on the right
The label artwork. Suggested use, caution, storage and the distributor block are on the left; the Supplement Facts panel is on the right.
Quick answer

The Trimoryn label lists eleven ingredients, each with an amount: riboflavin 25 mg, three botanicals at 100 mg, konjac fibre 50 mg, alpha lipoic acid 25 mg, turmeric 15 mg, berberine 15 mg, resveratrol 12 mg, and two probiotic strains at 1 billion CFU each. Nothing is hidden in a blend.

What is the full Trimoryn ingredients list?

Here is the printed panel, transcribed row for row from the label artwork. The amounts are the label's own.

Key facts
  • Serving size: 1 capsule. Servings per container: 30.
  • Riboflavin is the only entry with a Daily Value: 1,470%. The other ten carry a dagger.
  • Three entries sit at 100 mg each: mangosteen powder, prickly pear extract 4:1 and cinnamon bark extract 10:1.
  • Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), rice flour, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
  • The seller's artwork names six entries and its order page names ten. The printed panel names all eleven.
  • Not named on the label: a strain for either probiotic, the cinnamon species, a plant part for the mangosteen.

How do you read the serving size and the dagger?

The top of the panel says serving size 1 capsule and servings per container 30. That is the simplest setup a label can have. The serving is the capsule, so the panel and the dose are the same thing and you need no sums to read it.

The dagger is just as plain. A percent Daily Value exists only where a reference intake has been set, which is why it shows once here and not eleven times. Ten of the eleven amounts cannot be read as a fraction of anything. They can only be compared with the amounts used in published research. The dagger is not a warning and not an admission. It is the normal mark for an ingredient with no Daily Value.

What do 4:1, 10:1 and Std. 95% mean on the label?

Three kinds of number appear that are not doses.

  • A ratio such as 4:1 or 10:1 means that many parts of raw plant were reduced to one part of extract. So 100 mg of the 4:1 prickly pear extract stands for about 400 mg of the plant, and 100 mg of the 10:1 cinnamon extract stands for about a gram of bark.
  • A standardisation such as Std. 90% Glucomannan is a stronger claim. It says nine tenths of the konjac entry is the fibre itself, so 50 mg becomes a checkable 45 mg.
  • Std. 95% Curcumin and Std. 20% work the same way: 14.25 mg of curcumin out of 15 mg of turmeric extract, and 2.4 mg of resveratrol out of 12 mg.

A ratio says nothing about which compounds survived the extraction. A standardisation does tell you the share of one marker compound. Mangosteen powder has neither, because it is whole powder. The only fair thing to say about its strength is that the label states 100 mg.

What does each of the eleven ingredients do?

A short, careful tour. None of this is a claim that the capsule treats anything.

  • Riboflavin (B2) is a water-soluble vitamin that helps release energy from food. The NIH riboflavin fact sheet says no upper limit has been set.
  • Mangosteen, prickly pear and cinnamon are plant ingredients at 100 mg each, as whole powder and two extracts.
  • Konjac fibre is a soluble fibre that thickens with water.
  • Alpha lipoic acid is an antioxidant the body also makes for itself.
  • Turmeric, berberine and resveratrol are small plant extracts at 15 mg, 15 mg and 12 mg.
  • Bifidobacterium breve and Akkermansia muciniphila are two named gut bacteria, counted in colony forming units rather than milligrams.

How the three groups may work together is covered on our page about how Trimoryn works.

Why do the seller's pages list six, ten or eleven ingredients?

Three documents describe the same capsule and none of them is lying. The seller's listing artwork is a marketing choice: it circles the six largest and most familiar entries around a bottle. The seller's order page is a longer choice that names ten and leaves riboflavin out. The printed panel is the regulated document. It names all eleven, including the two probiotics the artwork omits.

Where they differ, the bottle wins. That is the reason every amount on this website is read off the panel, not off a banner. Fruit and green coffee beans appear in the seller's photographs too. None of them is an ingredient, so do not read the picture as a list.

What is not on the Trimoryn label?

Some of the useful facts are the missing ones.

  • No caffeine or other stimulant. No green tea extract, capsaicin or synephrine.
  • No proprietary blend. Every amount is printed, so a clinician can see what they are being asked about.
  • No piperine. That matters for turmeric, whose curcumin is poorly absorbed without it.
  • No strain designation for either probiotic. The NCCIH notes that probiotic effects are strain-specific.
  • No cinnamon species. Whether it is Ceylon or cassia is not stated.
  • No plant part named for the mangosteen.

The bottle also carries vegetarian, milk-free and gluten-free marks. The shell is plant-based and nothing on the panel is of animal origin. None of those marks names a certifier, so they are the seller's own statements.

How do the amounts compare with the studies?

This is the section that costs the product the most, and the site prints it anyway. Six of the eleven entries can be compared with a stated dose in the work the site cites, and all six come out below it. The fibre is 45 mg against a trial that used 3.99 grams a day. The two probiotics are a tenth and a twentieth of the counts used in their trials. Berberine and resveratrol are small by the standards of their literature.

On the other side, riboflavin at 25 mg is generous, and the cinnamon extract sits inside the range the studies use. If you are shopping for one ingredient at a research dose, a single-ingredient product will give you more of it. If you want one habit that carries eleven printed amounts, this panel is the whole point.

Frequently asked questions

What is in Trimoryn?
Eleven ingredients: riboflavin, mangosteen powder, prickly pear extract, cinnamon bark extract, konjac fibre, alpha lipoic acid, turmeric extract, berberine, resveratrol extract, and two probiotic strains. Every amount is printed.
Is there a proprietary blend in Trimoryn?
No. The panel prints an amount beside every one of the eleven entries.
Does Trimoryn contain caffeine?
No caffeine, green tea extract or capsaicin is named on the panel.
What are the other ingredients?
Hypromellose for the capsule shell, plus rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
Is the Trimoryn capsule vegetarian?
The shell is hypromellose, which is plant-derived, and the bottle carries a vegetarian mark. The mark names no certifier.
Why does riboflavin show 1,470% Daily Value?
Because 25 mg is far above the adult reference intake. The NIH says no upper limit has been set, and the visible result of a large dose is bright yellow urine.

Safety note

Please read this first. Trimoryn is a supplement, so the FDA has not approved it and has not evaluated its claims. It is not for treating any disease. Questions about your own health, your medicines or your weight belong with a doctor, not with a website.

Our view

This is a rare thing in the category: a complete, readable panel. Every amount is printed, every ratio can be worked out, and the gaps are easy to name. For a buyer who reads labels first, that counts for a lot.

The amounts are the weak spot. Several are small next to the studies, and no trial of the whole capsule exists. Read the list as an honest map of a modest product. If anything on it worries you, show the printed panel to your doctor, because eleven named amounts are far more useful to a clinician than a product name.
